Mind = Separation

you or not). The normal language of the mind is fear and lack – and it’s basic task is to seek what it thinks it doesn’t have.

The Heart on the other hand is your connection
to your Source – and the Present Moment and has access to wisdom and solutions that the mind simply isn’t aware of.”

Paul explains that you can change this, by the simple step of aligning your heart waves.
Your Heart is your true core, and when you make the “inner shift” of honoring this vast resource within you, a new universe of energy and wisdom lights up” the mind and frees you in ways beyond the imagination”

Here’s how to begin today…
Take the page I have written, you could read it into your computer/ tape recorder
to playback when ever you need it.
As the mind is the cause of your current way of thinking
You cannot clear this stress with mind/willpower alone, after all the Ego wants to keep you in this pattern of stress , doubt and fear, it is all it knows and it will tell you that your life is not so bad. Yet your heart yearns within you for and is driven by the memory of your inner Peace the inner calm that only your heart knows.
Paul explains that by making one simple shift, something amazing happens within you.
When you take the step to activate and align your Heartwaves, your mind becomes one with your Heart. And when this occurs, your mind shifts into another level of awareness and clarity.Problems literally disappear.

I have written a simple technique out for you. This has long been a favourite of my students.

Heart Chakra. Your body is at rest —-yet ever moving. Quietly you lie at peace, alive against the earth that is still solid , unmoving.
You are still , yet for every ebb and flow of breathe there is movement in your body. There is change. From inner to outer and outer to inner the path between ht e worlds is woven through you .The path of change.
As your chest rises and falls, the breath moves thru your nose, throat & lungs it ebbs & flows., as evenly and gracefully as waves upon a shore.. Back& forth…..empty and; full……….in and out.
. Your body is at rest —-yet ever moving. Quietly you lie at peace, alive against the earth that is still solid , unmoving.

Inside your heart is beating, your blood pulsating, a river of life connecting each & every cell within you
Blood flowing outward……….blood flowing in toward the centre again. cells are expanding & contracting, ever reproducing, dying.
Wiggle a finger back & forth. impulses of nerves run down your arms. And your breathing continues ..in …out…. in …out

Deep in your belly you become aware of a warm glow of orange, pulsing thru your pelvis, thru your abdomen thru your genitals. Pulsations of orange light move in rivulets down your legs, up again through your thighs, flowing thru your belly, & up thru your back to nourish all of you.

You are alive ,you are aware, you are . a wave of motion. Nothing within you is truly still. Nothing around you is still. Everything is constantly changing, at each & every moment.
Every sound, every ray of light, every breath is an oscillation back & forth, constantly moving, swaying, flowing. A flow of constant change, changing every moment from the last.
By the time you finish this , both you & the world will be different.
Within your body is a river of change.Find the subtle inner flows of both movement & thought, moving up, down, around & thru. Find them & follow them. allow them to gain momentum.—Remove the obstacles by easing any tension you may find. Relax your body.
Mentally move with the flow of water; sometimes slow like a great river, sometimes quickly like a spring stream, sometimes languishing like a quiet lake., sometimes passionate like the waves of the sea.
Now you stand beneath a waterfall & imagine water & imagine water flowing down fine & refreshing. Feel the wet fluid flow down your back your buttocks your toes.
Think of water as it flows from the sky. , caressing the mountains, running in rivulets to it’s various pools. Imagine this gentle rain caressing your body, running in rivulets thru your pelvis & legs, down to soften the earth below. you are the rain as you fall effortlessly from heaven to earth.
You are many droplets as your thoughts fall from your mind. In tiny movements, the tides within you grow & move.-faster as they plunge downward, cascading over pinnacles of earth_ Then slowly as they slither serpentine across great valleys of your fertile fields.
Until as 1 you ebb & flow as tides upon the sea, pulled by the moon in it’s dance of dark & light. Your oceans vast & deep abound with life. Your passion reaches outward, spills upon the shore, & returns again within you. You drink in all the change around you, pulling it’s movement through you. as your life ebbs & flows. In…….& out……You breathe.

After a nasty fall from my bicycle, coming home from high school, I began suffering from migraines. After a term of Chiropractic adjustments, which helped but did not entirely stop the migraine headaches, my parents in desperation sent me to yoga classes, The only available evening class in our area was filled with pregnant women. I felt out of place as a shy teenager, but persevered. adjustment,breathing, meditation and yoga proved the only therapy that bought relief from the headaches. Feeling well I got on with life, married moved from my home town and forgot the daily yoga practices and there benefits. Coming back to Yoga and meditation helped me manage during the time of my father's Cancer. and death. Later when my Husband became ill the natural decision was to qualify as a Yoga, meditation teacher to further assist others through the difficult times of illness and recovery or death. I have now been benefiting from the science and art of Yoga, Meditation for well over twenty five years.
